- Must have completed some high school education.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross within 30 days of hire.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalency.
- Completion of High School PCT competencies.
- Certification as a PCT (Certified Care Technician) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant).
