About the Role

As a Patient Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting patients both in person and on the phone, answering questions, optimizing provider schedules, notifying providers of patient arrivals, and ensuring the availability of treatment information. You will also verify financial records, collect patient charges, maintain office inventory, and support a positive patient experience.

About You

Required:

High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
Knowledge of MS Office.

Preferred:

Knowledge of electronic medical records software.
Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
