About the Role
As a Patient Care Associate I, you will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring a high quality of life for patients. You will work as part of a team to create a home-like setting and participate in various activities that promote patient engagement. Your duties will include recognizing and responding to patient needs, documenting care in electronic medical records, and adhering to safety and infection control practices.
About You
Required:
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification is preferred in good standing upon hire or current enrollment in a nursing school, having completed first clinical experience.
- Fluent English skills required – verbal and written.
- Computer literacy required.
Preferred:
- Flexibility and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Must complete mandatory HSL/HRC educational requirements and programs.
- Pass PCA skills test with 70% or greater.
