About the Role
As a Patient Care Associate - Cardiology, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, triaging patient calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, and maintaining optimum patient flow in the office. You will also assist with ordering supplies and other duties as assigned, ensuring a smooth operation within the cardiology department.
