About the Role
As a Patient Care Assistant, you will work in a collaborative environment to assist patients with personal hygiene, activities of daily living, and support quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include responding to patient call lights, providing assistance with hygiene, transporting patients, and maintaining a clean environment in patient rooms.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Nursing Assistant or 6 months of experience as a Patient Care Assistant or Nurse Tech, or completion of at least 1 clinical rotation in Nursing School, or enrollment in the Trinity Health Muskegon PCA program.
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups representing diverse perspectives.
Preferred:
