About the Role
As a Patient Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide direct care to patients of all ages, assist with activities of daily living, perform blood glucose monitoring, document patient information, and report vital signs to the RN. You will also participate in performance improvement activities and support new PCA staff.
About You
Required:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Basic understanding of patient care and medical terminology.
Preferred:
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
