About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience in using scheduling and EHR software is required.
- Excellent customer relations skills and familiarity with confidentiality and HIPAA policies.
Preferred:
- One to two years of comparable work experience or an Associate's Degree in a related healthcare/administrative field.
- Previous receptionist experience in a medical office setting, healthcare, or insurance setting.
