About the Role
As a Parts Prep Technician/Part Sorter, you will be responsible for identifying, checking, sub-assembling, and kitting parts to be delivered to the production line. Your tasks will include receiving, counting, and stocking parts accurately, inspecting parts for quality standards, and maintaining a rapid pace to ensure the production line runs smoothly. The job requires active movement, including bending and lifting up to 25 lbs, and standing for long shifts of 8 to 12 hours.
About You
Required:
- Previous warehouse and/or manufacturing experience.
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
Preferred:
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English.
Benefits
- Starting hourly pay = $18.57 - $20.02 dependent upon shift, paid weekly.
- Increases every 6 months until position top-out is reached.
- Full benefits available the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
