About the Role
As a Parts Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for printing invoices, unpackaging and receiving parts, matching packing slips with invoices, and processing part returns. You will also assist customers with special orders, maintain inventory, and keep the parts room organized. Additional duties may include creating shop tickets and performing other tasks as assigned by management.

Required:

- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Willingness to work hard and support others.
Preferred:
- Experience in an administrative role within a parts or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
