About the Role
As a Partner focused on Trade Secrets & Employee Defection, you will manage all aspects of litigation, provide legal counsel on trade secret matters, handle cases involving restrictive covenants, conduct investigations using computer forensics, draft complex agreements, and maintain strong client relationships. You will also stay updated on developments in trade secrets law to benefit clients.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice and in good standing with a State Bar.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in litigation, focusing on trade secret and employee defection matters.
- Proven first-chair trial experience and experience litigating motions for injunctive relief.
- Experience with computer forensics and complex investigations.
- A minimal book of business demonstrating a track record of success and client satisfaction.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
