About the Role
As a Mental Health Clinician on the Flex team, you will engage in a strength-based wraparound process to support youth and families in leading healthier lives. You will work with a small caseload of families, providing therapeutic behavioral supports that enhance communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills. The position allows for flexibility in scheduling and offers opportunities for professional development and team collaboration.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree in a human services field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling).
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals facing mental and emotional challenges.
- Valid MA Driver's License, proof of insurance, and reliable vehicle.
Preferred:
- License Eligible (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT).
- Bilingual speakers (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, Cape Verdean, Cantonese) are encouraged to apply.
- Flexibility to work afternoons and occasional evenings.
