As a Part Time Line Cook, you will be responsible for reading and following recipes, preparing food according to production sheets, ensuring food quality and portion sizes, and maintaining food safety standards. You will also prepare special diets, manage food storage, and participate in continuing education programs.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of a culinary arts program through a vo-tech school.
- Previous experience as a Cook, preferably in a senior living or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary requirements for seniors.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Associates Degree from a culinary school.
- Flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
