Summary
One Federal Solution is seeking a motivated Parking Program Support Specialist to support a government client in Washington, DC. The role oversees the day-to-day operations of a comprehensive Parking Program spanning seven parking facilities.
About the Role
As a Parking Program Support Specialist, you will be responsible for issuing parking program invoices and permits, promoting excellent customer relations, resolving customer complaints, managing project scope and schedules, creating detailed project documentation, leading stakeholder meetings, coordinating with subcontractors, conducting daily garage surveys, and supporting the creation of reports for the GSM Parking Program.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of three (3) years of program management experience.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Proven customer service excellence.
- Strong background in program planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and hold a valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
