About the Role
As a Paint Prepper, you will be responsible for removing grease, dirt, paint, or rust from vehicle surfaces in preparation for paint application. Your daily tasks will include assisting the painter with pre-paint blending needs, filling small dents or scratches, buffing and waxing finished paintwork, and maintaining sprayers and power equipment.
About You
Required:
- Prior experience in vehicle paint process.
- Ability to receive directions and work well with others.
- Must be able to pass thorough background check.
Preferred:
- I-CAR certifications.
