About the Role
About You
- 3–5 years of paid search (SEM) and/or YouTube/video campaign experience.
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-market strategies for retail, tourism, or similar categories.
- Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented, data-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, YouTube ad formats, Microsoft Ads, and related ad tech platforms.
- Experience with hyperlocal targeting and/or market-specific audience targeting strategies.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivots, and lookup tables.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
