- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience.
- Knowledge of HACCP, USDA, FDA, OSHA, GMP, SPC, Green/Black Belt.
- Ability to self-manage and self-direct on projects under supervision.
- Collaboration experience with Marketing and Supply Chain on innovation and/or cost savings initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in the packing development process.
