Summary
EY is seeking an Oracle Applications Technical Consultant - Senior Manager to join their team, with the opportunity to work remotely anywhere in the country. The role involves managing complex full lifecycle initiatives and advising clients on Oracle applications and technology.
About the Role
As an Oracle Applications Technical Consultant - Senior Manager, you will manage relationships with key stakeholders, lead global delivery teams, and guide technology professionals in integrating Oracle Cloud applications. You will also develop methodologies and tools to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market, oversee architecture and design for complex business initiatives, and participate in customer engagement planning and sales efforts.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and approximately 15 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 12 years of related work experience.
- 12-15 years of experience with ERP application implementations as a Technical Lead or similar role, with at least 6 years in a managerial position.
- Multiple full cycle implementations of Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS Applications.
- Proven track record in leading development teams for integration and data migration activities.
- Knowledge of integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated use of Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM.
- Experience leveraging Agile methodologies.
- Prior consulting experience with C-Level executives.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
