About You
- Experience in leading multiple Full Life Cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor.
- Strong hands-on functional knowledge of Oracle HCM and Oracle Time and Labor.
- Ability to manage and mentor offshore resources.
- Experience designing solutions that include PaaS and complex Oracle Time and Labor rules.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience developing Fast Formulas for OTL.
- Absence Management implementation experience with US State Sick Leaves.
- Implementation experience in the Staffing industry.
