About the Role
As an Operations Specialist, you will assist student housing properties with management functions, facilitate training and development of property staff, conduct market research, and support leasing operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining lease files, overseeing accounting functions, managing social media, and preparing operational reports.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents and governmental regulations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Previous Community Manager experience in the student housing industry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Entrata.
