About You
- Associates Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Engineering (preferred).
- 5 years minimum, 10 years preferred experience leading within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
