About the Role
As an O&M Field Technician, you will be responsible for climbing ladders up to 300+ feet, working in confined spaces, and lifting up to 80 pounds. You will conduct major component repairs, inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The position requires you to stay informed about developments in the wind industry and contribute to team efforts while maintaining quality service.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Two (2) to five (5) years of functional experience in Wind Energy or related industry.
Preferred:
- Secondary education highly preferred.
- Knowledge in Word, Excel, and Outlook with a willingness to learn new software applications.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
