Summary

About the Role
As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will lead the Maintenance and Facilities Engineering teams, drive asset utilization, minimize equipment downtime, and ensure the reliability of equipment. You will also manage maintenance budgets, contribute to cross-functional improvement initiatives, and develop the capabilities of your team through coaching and accountability.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a facilities role.
- Three (3) years of experience in a management capacity.
- U.S. person status as defined by ITAR regulations.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred:
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing setting as a Maintenance Supervisor or Manager.
