Summary
Cancer Care Services is seeking an Oncology Dietitian to join their team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The role involves providing nutrition care to oncology patients throughout their cancer journey.
About the Role
As an Oncology Dietitian, you will be responsible for delivering individualized nutrition assessments, counseling, and medical nutrition therapy to oncology patients. You will collaborate with medical teams, document patient interactions, develop nutritional care plans, and assist in creating educational materials. The position requires you to work across various Texas Oncology clinics and participate in staff meetings and educational programs.
About You
Required:
- Registered Dietitian (RD) with a bachelor's degree in nutrition, Food Sciences, or Dietetics.
- At least two years of experience, preferably with oncology patients.
Preferred:
- Acute care experience with nutrition support, specifically enteral nutrition.
- Ability to travel in the Tarrant and Parker County area.
