About the Role
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with the Admin team to understand staffing needs, sourcing and screening potential caregivers, conducting background checks, and facilitating orientation and training sessions for new hires. You will also build relationships with local educational institutions and utilize various platforms to advertise job openings.
About You
Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in using a computer and able to learn various programs/software with ease.
- A passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.
