About You
- Minimum 2 years of experience in crisis intervention, social services, mental health, or related fields.
- Experience working with individuals impacted by trauma.
- Training in mental health crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, or related fields.
- Ability to respond to emergencies quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic and supportive approach.
- Valid driver’s license and access to transportation.
- Bilingual English/Spanish and/or French.
Benefits
- $50 per on-call shift (8:00 PM – 9:00 AM); $25/hour for crisis response calls.
