About the Role
As a Principal, you will be responsible for day-to-day leadership of client projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful engagement outcomes. You will guide clients through strategic and operational challenges, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to thought leadership within the firm. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage teams, and effective communication with senior executives.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or Leisure, Hospitality industry experience.
- Strong background in conceptual problem solving and analytical skills, including quantitative and technical toolkit.
- Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives.
- Willingness to travel (at least 50% of the time).
Preferred:
- Experience in hospitality and travel, particularly in growth strategy, revenue management, and pricing.
- Machine learning, data science, AI/genAI capabilities.
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
