About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, organizational development, design, human resources, finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 4-7 years of experience in product management, talent management, organizational development, strategy consulting, or similar roles; previous experience in management consulting is a prerequisite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and project management skills.
- Proficient in using data and analytics to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Experience in the professional services industry.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), learning experience platforms (LXP), and e-learning authoring tools.
