Williams Lea is hiring an Office Services Supervisor for their Denver office to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The role involves coordinating workflow, ensuring outstanding service, and managing office operations.
About the Role
As an Office Services Supervisor, you will coordinate workflow within the team, prioritize jobs, and delegate duties to associates. You will assist in completing complex jobs, ensure outstanding service to clients, escalate operational issues, produce reports, and maintain quality assurance processes. Additionally, you will train new employees, handle sensitive documents, and manage various administrative tasks.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three years office services experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
- Experience leading employees & directing workflow.
- Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Skilled in the use of fax, mail, phone & and/or digital reprographics equipment.
- Ability to make independent decisions and use problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
- Intermediate computer skills.
