About the Role
As an Office Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, routing them appropriately, greeting and directing visitors, distributing mail, ordering supplies, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized files. You will work under direct supervision and contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.
About You
Required:
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred:
- Two or more years of Medical Office Experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
