About You
Required:
- At least 3 years of experience managing operations or teams in a small business.
- A track record of improving systems, increasing efficiency, or driving business growth.
- Comfortable leading others, creating structure, and making decisions.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, scheduling systems, and CRMs.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both staff and leadership.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Dental, PT, fitness, or wellness industry.
