About the Role
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a polished environment, preparing meeting spaces, ensuring document accuracy, collaborating with attorneys and staff, managing office supplies, coordinating event logistics, and serving as a reliable point of contact for clients and vendors. You will also represent the firm at public events and foster a supportive work environment for administrative staff.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience in office management, administrative leadership, or operations coordination, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative and supportive work culture.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.
- Ability to adapt quickly and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office software and CRM systems.
- Commitment to upholding the firm's core values.
- Ability to work from the Gainesville, GA office five days per week.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
