Summary

GDT - General Datatech is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team in Dallas, TX. The role involves managing office communications and facilitating key tasks and procedures.

About the Role

As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining a master schedule of meetings, greeting guests and clients, answering and directing phone calls, operating the company coffee bar, managing inventory, overseeing office supplies, providing customer service, coordinating internal events, and assisting with scheduling and special projects.

About You

Required:

Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated ability to answer multi-phone lines.
Proven ability to coordinate and organize internal luncheons and events.
Ability to manage calendars and schedule meetings.
Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support.
Proven ability to act with diplomacy.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Outlook.
