About the Role
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for answering calls, maintaining client and Care Professional records, conducting on-site reviews, and assisting with scheduling and problem resolution. You will also help maintain office cleanliness and support various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
About You
Required:
- High school graduation or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year office experience.
- Valid HCA or CNA license, or previous licensure.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Desire to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
