MHR, Inc. is seeking an Office and Facilities Manager to join their team in St. Paul, MN. The role involves providing office and business management services, including facilities management for all MHR locations.
About the Role
As the Office and Facilities Manager, you will manage front desk functions, oversee vendor selection for office supplies, coordinate administrative support functions, and provide facilities management for all MHR locations. You will also supervise the Receptionist and provide administrative support to the Board of Directors. This position requires travel to MHR locations in the metro area and Duluth as needed.
About You
Required:
- Vocational or technical degree in business administration and three years of administrative and facilities experience including support at the executive level, or at least five years of equivalent experience.
- Must be a licensed Minnesota notary or be eligible to become licensed.
