Summary
BW Design Group is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The role involves providing administrative support for a large engineering consulting office and facilitating client interactions.
About the Role
As an Office Administrator, you will work individually and in teams to support capital projects and implement solutions for clients. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, providing general administrative support, facilitating new hire onboarding, arranging travel, coordinating logistics for meetings, managing office supplies, and preparing professional documents.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of seven years of administrative or office management experience in professional services, AEC, consulting, or corporate environments.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- A commitment to regular on-site presence (Monday–Friday).
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft Visio or SharePoint.
- A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business administration or related field.
