Trinity Health At Home is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist POD 3 to provide professional occupational therapy services to clients in Livonia, MI.
About the Role
As a Part-Time Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering occupational therapy services in accordance with the prescribed plan of care. This includes working independently with minimal supervision, maintaining professional relationships with clients and their families, and adhering to agency policies and procedures. You will also be expected to maintain clinical practice skills and demonstrate a commitment to the agency's mission and ethical standards.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
- Eligible for the National Registration Examination of the NBCOT.
- Registration by the NBCOT and to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience or completion of a preceptorship for 6-8 weeks.
- Current Driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Home healthcare experience.
