About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will conduct evaluations to assess patient needs, plan and implement therapy activities, consult with team members, teach patients necessary skills, prepare discharge reports, design adaptive devices, maintain documentation, and participate in educational programs. You will work in a home health setting, providing care to patients across a large area.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current CA Occupational Therapy Certification.
- California Drivers License.
- Current Automobile Liability Insurance.
Preferred:
- 2 years experience in Occupational Therapy, preferably in a Home Health setting.
