About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist at Banner Home Health, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' functional abilities, establishing treatment goals, implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting patient progress. You will work autonomously within assigned geographic territories, providing care to a diverse patient population while collaborating with a robust clinical support team.
About You
Required:
- Must have successfully completed an educational program in occupational therapy approved by the appropriate governing board.
- Must possess a current Occupational Therapy license from the State of practice.
- BLS certification required.
- Ability to become proficient with computer software applications commonly used in an automated patient care environment.
- Must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire.
Preferred:
- Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
