About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist (Per Diem), you will evaluate patients' functional status, develop treatment programs, and communicate plans of care with other professionals. You will also teach new skills to patients, maintain clinical records, and coordinate care with other personnel. Your responsibilities will include assessing home environments, identifying equipment needs, and referring patients to additional services as necessary.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- OT License and CPR certification, if required by state.
- 2+ years of experience in occupational therapy.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, interpersonal and time management skills.
