About the Role
As an Occupational/Hand Therapist, you will review physician referrals, evaluate patients, develop treatment goals, administer therapy, instruct patients, monitor treatment effects, document progress, and supervise support staff. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients with hand injuries or conditions.
About You
Required:
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
- Passed National Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy Examination.
- Licensed in the state of Arizona.
- Maintain CPR certification.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred.
- Working knowledge of computer programs.
- Experience with electronic medical records software.
