About the Role
As a Nutrition Assistant, you will be the initial point of contact for patients regarding dining services, responsible for educating them about their diet orders, resolving complaints, and ensuring patient satisfaction with food services. You will assist in meal ordering, monitor feedback for quality improvement, and maintain compliance with food safety regulations.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent education.
- Food Handlers Permit from an accredited training course.
Preferred:
- One year of customer service or hospitality experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
