About You
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Active RN license in the state of California.
- 3-5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting.
- Master’s degree in management or a healthcare-related field.
- Additional certifications in management, leadership, or quality assurance.

The primary ways in which we pursue our mission are through capitated arrangements with government payers, such as Medicare and Medicaid under the PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model, and as a value-based provider working in partnership with local health plans.
