About the Role
As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate routine daily nursing care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, and participating in training to obtain certification. You will work closely with residents to ensure their comfort and well-being, preparing them for meals and recording their food and fluid intake.
About You
Required:
- Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education - HS Diploma / GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Demonstrated competencies as a written and verbal communicator.
- Background and experience in shared decision-making processes.
