About the Role
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will work as part of a clinical care team to deliver care in patients' homes. Your responsibilities will include performing health assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, providing therapeutic interventions, and ensuring continuity of care through effective communication and documentation. You will also navigate complex patient interactions and adhere to clinical standards while maintaining a compassionate approach to care.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of two years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in Emergency, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine.
- Current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Nationally board certified.
- Current BLS certification.
Preferred:
- ACLS certification.
- Experience with point of care laboratory studies and minor procedures.
- Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
