About the Role
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide holistic, evidence-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients aged 18 months and above. You must be willing to float to nearby locations and work approximately 20 hours a week, with shifts on 1-2 weekdays and weekends.
About You
Required:
- 1+ year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Completion of a Masters Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
