Matrix Medical Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner - PRN Telehealth to join their team in various states. The role involves conducting health assessments and providing telehealth services to at-risk health plan members.
About the Role
As a Nurse Practitioner - PRN Telehealth, you will conduct adult and geriatric assessments, review medical histories, and provide health education and referrals. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and provide services through home visits, skilled facility visits, and telehealth. The position offers flexible scheduling and requires a commitment to improving the quality of care for members.
About You
Required:
- Master’s Degree required OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure.
- Current RN and NP licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority.
- Board certified by the AANP, ANCC or the AACCN in a Matrix approved specialty.
- Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Employee health/medical record software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with telehealth services.
- Ability to work independently with traditional resources and technology.
