About the Role
About You
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in patient care delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) AND minimum five (5) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
- Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.
- Basic Life Support required at hire.
- Knowledge of Patient Safety, Nursing Principles, Emergency Preparedness, and Evidence-Based Medicine Principles.
- Experience in Change Management and Business Process Improvement.
- Skills in Compliance Management, Conflict Resolution, and Stakeholder Management.
