About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, facilitating telehealth visits, and collaborating with healthcare teams in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. Your daily tasks will include assessing patient conditions, maintaining communication with patients and families, and participating in quality improvement projects.
About You
Required:
- Must be a licensed nurse with a valid license in good standing.
- A minimum of three (3) years clinical experience.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
