About the Role
As a New Grad RN in the Residency Program, you will be responsible for nursing coordination and provision of care for patients of all ages in a collaborative environment. You will work in various units including Med/Surg, Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Critical Care, Emergency Department, and more, ensuring high-quality patient care and clinical excellence.
About You
Required:
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing or an accredited college OR graduation from an approved program eligible to sit for the VA licensure exam.
- Successful completion of orientation and competency requirements.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Virginia or eligibility to acquire it.
- Achievement/maintenance of CPR certification.
