About the Role
As a Network Technician, you will support facilities management, site security, and project engagement. Your responsibilities will include patching cabling, installing and troubleshooting network equipment, providing hardware break-fix services, and coordinating with third-party vendors. You will work in a flexible 24/7 environment and must be motivated to deliver high-quality service to customers.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in data communications.
- Basic knowledge of Cisco switches and routers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in working in data centers and communications closets.
- Proficient in utilizing technical tools such as Sniffers, BERT testers, cable testers, and fiber testers.
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of local and wide-area networking.
- Ability to clean high speed single-mode optical connections.
- Experience with high-speed fiber-optic transport.
